Minimum Requirements
Pentium class CPU, SVGA graphics card with VESA 2.0, 8 MB RAM, MS-DOS or Windows 9x. Optionally supports SoundBlaster (and compatibles) for digital AY-3-8912 sound chip emulation.
Copy Protected Disk Reader is a MS-DOS based utility used to transfer data on CPC disks into the extended DSK format. CPDRead's speciality is copy protected software. Non-standard CPC disk formats (eg. VORTEX or ROMDOS) can also be turned into DSK images.
Copy Protected Disk Writer is a MS-DOS utility used to write emulator disk images to any disk drive attached to the PC. It supports the most popular emulator image formats of the Amstrad CPC and the Atari ST.
This is the MS-DOS port of Pierre Guerrier's Disk Image XTender - a utility that turns disk images of various formats into the 'extended disk image format' (edsk). Supported formats are: dsk, edsk, cpd, dif, emu, ami, and cpc.
The MS-DOS port of Pierre Guerrier's AIFF decoder - a tool for retrieving data recorded in SpeedWrite 1 or 0 from Amstrad CPC tapes. It does not work with copy protected software!
DirectPad Pro is a combination hardware/software interface that allows you to utilize PlayStation, Saturn, Atari, Genesis, Jaguar, SNES, and other kinds of console joysticks/pads. DirectPad Pro only supports Windows 9x. It is no longer being developed and therefore I suggest you look at PPJoy or NTPAD XP for the same functionality.
PPJoy is a device driver that lets you use digital (e.g. old Atari, Spectravideo, etc.) joysticks in Windows. PPJoy supports Windows 98, Me, 2000 and XP. Visit the PPJoy homepage for the latest version.
